These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Growth ERP, a comprehensive enterprise resource planning platform provided by ABC Example LTD. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using Growth ERP services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Growth ERP on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. If you are under 18, you may only use Growth ERP with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Service Description
Growth ERP is a cloud-based enterprise resource planning platform that provides comprehensive business management solutions across 18+ industry categories, including but not limited to:
- School Management Systems
- Hospital and Clinic Management
- Business Management
- E-commerce Management
- Manufacturing and Warehouse Management
- Real Estate Management
- And other specialized industry solutions
Our services include access to various modules such as accounting, inventory management, human resources, customer relationship management, reporting, and analytics, tailored to your specific industry needs.
3. Account Registration and Security
To access Growth ERP, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information as necessary
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities.
4. Subscription Plans and Payment
Growth ERP offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. We may offer free trials, promotional pricing, or special offers from time to time.
Payment Terms:
- Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy
- We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing customers
- Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your subscription
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will continue to have access until that time.
5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use Growth ERP only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Upload, transmit, or store any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
- Use automated systems to access our services without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without authorization
- Use our services to store or transmit illegal, harmful, or offensive content
You are solely responsible for all data, content, and information you upload, store, or transmit through Growth ERP. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Growth ERP, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and other content, is owned by Growthway Solutions and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of all data and content you upload to Growth ERP. By using our services, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Our Content: All rights, title, and interest in Growth ERP and our services remain with Growthway Solutions. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without our express written permission.
